Thai Fried Rice (Khao Pad ข้าว ผัด)
Fixings:
1 plate of rice (around 6 rice scoops)
15 prawns (stripped, holding tail, then split back)
1/2 little pineapple (cut into pieces)
200 gr frozen veggies (can be sautéed in quite far so it doesn't get excessively wet)
4 garlic (finely hacked)
3 red onion (finely cut)
2 leeks (finely cut)
3 wavy red bean stew (cut thin sideways)
Salt + Pepper + Flavor
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
3 tbsp Angciu
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Oil for sauteing
Guidance:
1. Saute the onions until fragrant then add the shrimp, cook until they change tone
2. Add vegetables, blend well
3. Add the rice, cook over medium hotness so it doesn't consume, blend well
4. Give the flavors, let represent some time then blend well
5. Add angciu and sesame oil, blend well
6. At long last, add chilies, leeks and pineapple, blend well and let represent some time (roughly 3 minutes) then mix once more
7. Serve and Enjoy!
