Sausage and vegetable tray bake

1 cup slashed butternut
1 cup cleaved yam
1 cup cleaved child marrow
1 enormous red onion, divided shower of olive oil
salt and dark pepper to prepare
500 g great quality hamburger hotdog or boerewors
new mint to serve
crème fraiche to serve
Work day plans Method
Organize the hacked vegetables in a broiler safe baking plate, shower with olive oil and season.
Cook in the broiler for around 20 minutes. Cut the wiener into little chomps, eliminate the plate from the broiler and add the hotdog between the vegetables.
Cook for another 20 - 25 minutes until vegetables are delicate and hotdogs are finished.
Decorate with new mint and present with crème fraiche. Partake in the Sausage and vegetable plate heat !
