Fixings
1 cut place cut bacon or turkey bacon
1/2 cup sans fat fluid egg substitute
2 frozen low-fat waffles
1 cut sans fat American cheddar
1/4 cup sans sugar hotcake syrup

Carry an enormous skillet showered with nonstick splash to medium hotness on the oven. Add bacon and cook until fresh, around 4 minutes for every side. Put away.
