Scrambled Egg Mix Vegetable Salad Toast
Fixings:
2 slices of entire wheat bread
2 chicken eggs
Touch of salt
Thousand island (or some other brand)
Vegetable plate of mixed greens
1 sheet of lettuce, daintily cut
1 sheet of purple cabbage, daintily cut
1 carrot, cut into pieces, bubble momentarily
1 cucumber, cut into matches
1/2 bubbled corn, squashed
Guidance:
1. Prepare the bread without margarine until the two sides are transform into cooked.
2. Repulse the eggs, add a spot of salt. Cook fried eggs with next to no oil
3. Consolidate all the serving of mixed greens fixings, take 1 piece of sandwich in the center with a large portion of an egg then crease it two. Do likewise with the other cut of bread.
4. Serve egg sandwiches with vegetable plate of mixed greens.
